March 5, 2012 | A certification hearing was held in the British Columbia Supreme Court on August 29-30, 2011 before Madame Justice Fitzpatrick. Madame Justice Fitzpatrick has now released her decision. The court has certified the action as a class action with Herminia Dominguez as the representative plaintiff. |
